The staff were delightfully helpful, the bed was large and the food was brilliant! There was a well heated room. Location was unbeatable, 20 km to London City airport, perfectly reachable. I was pleased with impeccable service too. This hotel was good value, seeing price-lists in other hotels.

the breakfast was rich and the staff were happy to help. the room was neat with an amazing bed, nevertheless it had not so good views. magnificent location, walking distance to courtfield gardens. clean sandy beach, that was what we appreciated. terrific services too!
Well, the bathroom was extremely small and Wi-Fi was horrible.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. This hotel had everything we needed, we truly enjoyed location and staff. Its standard double room had Italian-style furniture. Moreover, there was free WiFi! Kensington district definitely deserves exploring.
